We keep booking simple, transparent, and stress-free. Once you’ve toured the venue and chosen your date, the next step is to lock it in with a signed agreement and pay deposit

- Restrooms located on-site

After Booking
Phase 1
- Tour completed

- Schedule design or walkthrough meeting (if needed)

- Make your main decisions and confirm your team
- 35% deposit paid
- Begin rental planning (tables, décor, etc.)
- Review vendor requirements + venue policies + Sign contracts + bartenders provide certification
- Submit COI (Certification of insurance) by the couple
- 35% second payment due
2–1 Months Before
Phase 3
- Finalize details and prepare for execution.
- Final walkthrough (if requested)
- Submit full vendor list + day-of timeline
- Confirm delivery times + drop-off access
- Finalize shuttle/transportation details
Finally 30 Days
Phase 4
- Your final checklist before the big day.
- Final 50% payment due
- Share final timeline with vendors
- Confirm on-site contact for the day-of

Yes, there is on-site parking for guests, vendors, and shuttle service. For larger weddings, we recommend shuttle coordination for easier flow and guest experience.
No built-in sound system is provided. DJs and live bands should bring their own gear. Power access is available in all major event areas.
Yes. The venue has ample power outlets throughout the space for lighting, music, catering, and décor setups.
Pets are welcome for the ceremony only, with prior approval. They must be leashed, supervised, and removed after the ceremony ends.
Yes. Clients (or their vendors) are responsible for setup, teardown, and cleanup. We recommend hiring a coordinator or professional setup team.
- We always prepare a weather contingency plan.
- Our indoor barn space can serve as a ceremony or reception backup in case of rain, wind, or snow.
Yes—Wi-Fi is available on-site, and most major carriers have reliable cell service in the area. (As with any mountain location, coverage can vary slightly by device and carrier.)
To protect our guests and the surrounding forest, smoking is not permitted at Ponderosa View. This includes vaping.
- No. Fireworks, sky lanterns, and open-flame items are not allowed due to wildfire risk.
- Candles are permitted only if fully enclosed in glass (ex: hurricane vases).
No sparklers inside the venue, and no confetti or glitter anywhere on-site. These items are difficult to clean and can create safety concerns.
